Before Soul Shines Coaching was born in 2021, she recognized her innate intuitive abilities over 20 year ago, as well as her ability to communicate with departed loved ones on 'the other side.' Mary Beth can hear and see messages from the divine — some call it the Universe, angels, spirits, our own intuition, or Higher Self; she weaves this profound ability into her coaching sessions. She is a light worker who uses her intuitive abilities to help people define and align their goals & dreams.
Mary Beth's life coaching method draws from a variety of channels, including guided meditation, affirmations, inspired visualization, mindfulness, clairvoyance, energy healing, psychology, neuroscience, and sensible strategies to help clients rise above the natural human instinct to stay safe by staying still, and instead move into a mindset of expansiveness and growth.

Mary Beth Thomsen is certified as a Master Color Energy Coach after completing the program by internationally renowned psychic and cosmic coach, Dougall Fraser. The tools can be used personally or professionally, and focuses on using color as a way to gain more insights and clarity in every area of your life. You will learn how to harness the power of your own aura and be guided through color-based meditations, personal growth exercises and guidance techniques. Using these color-based tools, you'll be able to gain confidence, increase productivity, foster creativity, manifest dreams, and much more.
Mary Beth Thomsen is a Spiritual Life Coach, certified from the James Van Praagh School of Mystical Arts. The curriculum includes techniques to fully understand your soul's journey, gain clarity on what may be holding you back, transform negative experiences into fuel, become empowered to discover your purpose, and learn how to receive spiritual guidance.
