If you have never had a life coaching session with Mary Beth Thomsen before, this session is required before booking a package. In the introductory session, you will talk about which area(s) of your life you’d like to enhance — think of this as an energy make-over through a journey of profound self-discovery! During your time together, Mary Beth will summarize a recommended coaching blueprint that encompasses your goals to help uncover your best life path.
As part of the coaching packages below ("Essentials" and "Deluxe"), you will also decide if you'd like to focus on one module to start with,
or all three modules.

If you’d like to proceed after the discovery session, this package is for you. Over the course of four sessions, Mary Beth will work with you using a variety of modalities to help you proactively elevate your personal or professional life. She'll help you with accountability, clarifying goals and identifying strategies to meet those goals, and uncovering limiting beliefs.

Color is a language of sorts, and provides vibrance to our every day lives — it can change our mood and help inspire us. but it can also amplify our best qualities. INTUITIVE GUIDANCE SESSION

If you’d like to uncover issues, profound insights, and important matters to you, book an intuitive guidance session. Mary Beth is a psychic medium; she begins the session by setting the intention for messages to come through for your highest and best good, to clear and ground her own energy, and share a brief prayer to connect with you on a soul level. Mary Beth is both a clairvoyant and clairaudient — this means that she is a conduit for receiving guidance about you, and for you, through seeing and hearing. She will call upon your angels and guides in spirit, as well as pull Oracle Cards. Mary Beth will ask them to channel information to help you grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Once Mary Beth shares all of the messages that she receives, you will then have the opportunity to ask questions. Clients often say she makes them feel safe, supported, and seen. When you book the session, an intake form will prompt you to notate which specific spirit(s) you'd like to connect with; although connections cannot be guaranteed as that is up to the spirits, Mary Beth has a high track record of channeling who is requested. This package is for people who want to learn more about their intuitive abilities through 1:1 mentoring with Mary Beth. Over the course of 4 one-hour sessions, she will guide you through a variety of teachings, exercises, and practices to better understand your unique abilities and gifts to connect with the Divine. Your mentoring will be tailored to your interests (e.g. intuition, psychic, mediumship, oracle card readings, etc.), and you'll also learn "best practices" when it comes to metaphysical work (e.g. energy hygiene, energy protection, etc.).
